The cylinder heads unitary pass by leak test of valves, for water circuit pressure test and oil circuit pressure test.
Checks controls on the machining are made across different steps of the manufacturing process and the results are automatically compared to the specifiions registered in our systems.
Finally, in a unified way, a visual check of the entire piece before packaging is made.
ID System:
